Account And Data Deletion
You can request account deletion from inside the app where available, or by emailing support from the account email. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership.
Deletion requests remove or anonymize account data according to applicable law and operational requirements. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, legal, tax, or platform compliance.
Store Purchases
For App Store and Google Play purchases, refunds and subscription cancellation are handled through the relevant store account. Lunzo AI uses server-side validation to update app access after store events.
